This highly interactive workshop is designed to provide managers with the best practices required to improve pricing effectiveness. It is based on research that has examined the best practices of the world's most successful pricing organizations. Day 1:
Delegates will review and discuss the Key Pricing Challenges faced by large organizations. They will then be introduced to leading theoretical frameworks for tacklings these challenges and will be trained on some of the key tools and taken through case studies and exercises to get fully familiar with these tools.


Day 2:
The second day of the workshop is devoted to beginning the task of building a strategy and process for improving pricing effectiveness. Several hours will be devoted to introducing Key Tools, Analytics & Processes used by "World-Class Pricers" and teaching delegates how to use them.

Delegates will also learn the critical elements required to build a World-Class Pricing Organization by conducting a "quick pricing audit" to identify the strengths and weaknesses of their current process. Delegates will learn how to develop a pricing effectiveness improvement plan for their company. The leadership skills required to manage and lead a pricing effectiveness change initiative is featured.
